we deeply apologize for the inconvenience you may have felt and really sorry for the late response in our forum.
The background noise means that the driver is not functioning properly. There may have been interruptions during the installation. We suggest you guys try a clean uninstall then reinstall the software to see if it fixes:
1. Uninstall VCSD from your PC.
2. Go to C:\ and C:\Program Files or C:\Program Files (x86) » Manually delete any related folders
3. Go to Start » Run » type in %appdata% » Avnex » delete this folder
4. Go to Start => Run => type in REGEDIT => a Registry Editor window comes up
=> HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE => Software => Avnex/AVSoft => delete this folder (note: delete only the folder named Avnex/AVSoft)
=> HKEY_CURRENT_USER => Software => Avnex/AVSoft => delete this folder (note: delete only the folder named Avnex/AVSoft)
If you cannot find such that folder in the location mentioned, please try Ctrl + F » Input the keyword "voice changer software" (tick on Keys, Values, Data only) » Delete any found files » Go to Step 5. If no file could be found, simply skip this step.
5. Restart your PC
6. Log into your account at
support.audio4fun.com/
7. Click on the "AV VCS DIAMOND" link in Your Licenses page and download the EXE file to update your new build
8. When the Registration Form comes up, please fill in your license information.
*Remember to keep all other unused applications and antivirus program off while installing the software. If the process is interrupted, the software may not be fully installed and cause the problems you mentioned.
*The step of cleaning registry is important.
