INTRODUCTION


This tutorial is a step-by-step instruction to ensure that customers will not get into any difficulties downloading purchased product(s) with Mozilla Firefox browser.

* About Mozilla Firefox:

Mozilla Firefox is a free and open source web browser descended from the Mozilla Application Suite and managed by Mozilla Corporation. As of November 2011, Firefox is the third most widely used browser, according to different estimates, with approximately 25% of worldwide usage share of web browsers. The browser has had particular success in Germany where it is the most popular browser with 50%.

Firefox runs on various operating systems including Microsoft Windows, Linux, Mac OS X, FreeBSD, and many other platforms. Its current stable release is version 9.0.1, released on December 21, 2011.

STEP 1: Enter your account on Support Center

- Open Mozilla Firefox
- Go to //support.audio4fun.com/
- Click on Customer Login on the top - right corner of the page to expand the Login Area and fill in with your account details: Username and Password >> Click Login

Note:

  • Support account is only valid within the fully support service.
  • Tick on the Remember me checkbox if you want the browser to automatically log into your account next times.
  • Click on Forgot your password? or Forgot your username? in case you are not sure about your account detail.

STEP 2: Download processing

- After successfully logging in, it automatically switches to Your License tab in which all your purchased product(s) information is archived.
- Choose the software you want to download.

- The product download link is embed under “Click here” text (1). Click it.
Note: You should notice the location of Registered Information (2) for later uses.

- When the Confirmation window pops up, select “Save File”

- Downloading is in the process:

- Wait until the download completes. A notification will appear on the bottom - right corner of your desktop.

Note:

  • Click on the notification to open the Download window.
  • Then, double click (or right – click >> Open) on the downloaded file to start the installation.
