Hi,sorry for my poor English.I am using AV Voice Changer Diamond 8.0.22.
I am trying to use the Parody Mixer but the button is not working in Parody Mixer Panel.

The problem is still here after I reinstall my Windows 7

RAM:16GB
CPU:i7-3770k

Please help us to check if the parody files are missing in these following folders:

1. Go to the installation folder:
- Right-click on a Voice Changer Software Diamond shortcut » Choose Open file location
- Check if you can find this file: VCSBGMixer.dll

2. Go to AppData folder:
- Go to C:\Users\[your username]\AppData\Roaming\Avnex\VCS8
- Check if you can find this folder: Parody
- Check if the folder is NOT empty.

I can find VCSBGMixer.dll in the installation folder but the Parody folder is missing in AppData folder.Do I need to creata a Parody folder and download the parody voice?

And there is one more question.I try to updata my AV Voice Changer 8.0.22 to 8.0.23 but after I updata the software,the license is invalid.

We just made a reset for your license. Rest assured that it will work now. Please try again.
You can find more about the "invalid license" error here.

So, try a clean uninstall and then install the latest build 8.0.23 to see if it fixes the problem. BTW, please make sure to run installing under Administrator right.

Thank you for the reset.

About the Parody problem,I reinstall my AV Voice Changer under Administrator by following step but still not fix:

1.Use Perfect Uninstaller 6.3.3.9 to uninstall my AV Voice Changer and clear the registry(I tried to use "Programs and Features" & "UNWISE.exe" to uninstall it before but the problem still there).

2.Delete the Avnex folder under C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming and uninstall the Avnex Virtual Audio Device.

3.Donwload build 8.0.23 and install it.

4.Open the AV Voice Changer and register

5.When I open the AV Voice Changer,it create C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Avnex\VCS8,there are Effects folder(include NHV folder and NHV folder is empty) and Vcs.xml file in the VCS8 folder.

6.After I click the Parody Mixer,PlayLists folder(empty) and Voices folder(empty) are create in VCS8 folder but Parody folder is still missing and the button in Parody Mixer is not work.

7.When I close the Parody Mixer panel,Vcs_fm.xml is create in VCS8 folder

Is that possible to send me the Parody folder to see if this work?

I just fix the problem.The Parody folder is create in a wrong directory,it create in C:\Users\[username]\Application Data\Avnex.I move the Parody to C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Avnex\VCS8 and the Parody Mixer is work now.
