I use the voice changer software occasionally while gaming. However, it sometimes cuts out unexpectedly, returning me to my original voice. I'm not sure why this should happen and what I can do to prevent it. Suggestions welcome.

1) What type of your PC? Desktop or laptop.
2) Operating System, Version, Patch level (e.g. Windows, XP, Service Pack 1 or 2, etc)
3) CPU Type and Speed
4) Amount of Memory.
5) Type of Internet connection and speed (e.g. dial-up or broadband, 768 down/128 up, etc)
6) Router in use? If so, which model?
7) Firewalls/anti-virus program in use? If so, which?
8) Type of headset in use?
9) Which game you're playing with VCS?
