1. What type of PC Desktop or laptop.
2. Operating System, Version, Patch level (e.g. Windows, XP, Service
Pack 1 or 2, etc)
3. CPU Type and Speed
4. Amount of Memory.
5. Firewalls & anti-virus program in use? If so, which?
6. Type of headset in use?

AV Voice Changer Software settings
7. What do you use VCS for? Use the application alone or with any other program?
8. Did you try any settings with VCS?

Other application
9. Did you make any change with PC's Audio & Sound settings?
10. Beside the AV Voice Changer Software, did you try installing another voice changing application?
