Software version: VCS Diamond 7
Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit
Mic: Logitech H330 USB Headset

Problem:
Constant buzzing scratching sound whilst ever the software is in the On mode. This happens whether a mic is connected or not. I have tried reducing mic gain but the problem only gets feinter. Also, the two audio bars are constantly filled to the end of the red zone. As i said, this happens even when no mic or any audio input device is connected.

Is there anything i can try to correct this issue..??

I've have installed the last version (I've bougth today) and it happens the same: a FUZZ NOISE and the voice never change. I need a solution as soon as posible

You can:
- Close VCS program
- Go to Control panel >> Select Hardware and Sound
- Select Manage audio devices >> In Sound windows >> Select Playback tab
- Right click in Speaker (AVnex Virtual Audio Device) >> Select Disable >> Select Aplly >> OK
- Open VCS
