Hey, im a old user of AV VCS 7.0 diamond, when i was using Vista it never came up with any problem, but now i got a PC and also laptop in Win7, the program stopped working, here is the problem:

Duplex turns grey, can not select it, and when i speak usually i can see a sound bar growing because it captured my voice, now it doesnt capture any sound.

I think the problem is that when i click peference - audio - Device is fine, BUT on the application one, it says no active app. If i remember right so there should be something there as well.

On my laptop i changed my windows operator from Vista to Win7, installed the program and it worked for few hours, when i came back, the problem showed up. On my PC, the problem showed up from the very first moment i installed it. I wonder what is this for problem, how do i fix it?

Hi Yang,

Kindly be informed that the problem might occur because some old features of VCSD cannot be completely compatible with Windows 7.0.

So in this case, it is recommended to update the latest build of VCSD to fix the problem.
