I recently had a hard drive crash and had to purchase a new one, I've been wanting to re-download my product from this website but I'm not entirely sure how. I've found in the frequently asked questions that it should be possible but the instructions there aren't helping. Not sure if I'm missing something or if it's more difficult than it seems.
