Could you please help us clarify your problem with following details:
1. What type of PC Desktop or laptop.
2. Operating System, Version, Patch level (e.g. Windows, XP, Service
Pack 1 or 2, etc)
3. CPU Type and Speed
4. Amount of Memory.
5. Firewalls & anti-virus program in use? If so, which?
6. Type of headset in use?
7. Did you try any settings with VCS?
8. Beside the AV Voice Changer Software, did you try installing another voice changing application?
