I was following the video instructions, but when I opened the driver VAD my computer gave me a blue error page, and now the windows is died, fortunately I have macbook and I can write to you, 'cause yesterday I put windows 7 on my mac, after another error in another computer... now is broken..
so... what should I do? two different computers two different windows versions..let me know...

Could you please help us clarify your problem with following details:

1. What type of PC Desktop or laptop.
2. Operating System, Version, Patch level (e.g. Windows, XP, Service
Pack 1 or 2, etc)
3. CPU Type and Speed
4. Amount of Memory.
5. Firewalls & anti-virus program in use? If so, which?
6. Type of headset in use?
7. Did you try any settings with VCS?
8. Beside the AV Voice Changer Software, did you try installing another voice changing application?

If it's possible, send us a capture of your error page.
