I downloaded the trial version of the program and I can't get it to work. The program installs and runs fine but it does not change my voice. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, and I noticed the Virtual Audio Driver driver does not get installed. I went into the installation folder and found the driver folder. I ran the drvinst.exe file (as referenced by the driver installation tutorial on the site). The command promt window opens but it give an error:

C:\Program Files\AV Vcs 7.0 DIAMOND\driver>drvinst
SetupDiSetDeviceRegistryProperty failed with error 87: The parameter is incorrect.
Cannot set device identifier: VCSVADDS2DHW.

I'm not sure what to do to install the driver. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

- Uninstall the VCSD program
- Run >> regedit >> Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MECHINE >> Software >> Find Avnex and delete it >> Next, go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER>> Software >> Find Avnex and delete it (Look at picture bellow)
- Install the program again.
- The VCSD program installation is finished >> Restart Windows
