how do you create nickfaces?

I can get everything to work fine while I'm creating a new nickface, except when I save and export to webcam morpher. Then the webcam morpher freaks out when I try to use it. It will ask for a serial number, and it doesn't matter how many times I try the number it will take it, but then it shuts down and it does the same thing all over again. I've even removed the program and reinstalled with the back up disk I bought with the program. The downloaded nickfaces work excellent, everything the webcam morpher was intended. But when I try to use the nickface morpher no way. Do you have any suggestions on how I might fix it?

When you use the nickface morpher, is there the pop-up appear?
