I have a suggestion about the appearance of the fonts. If you can create a black/white surrounding for every alphabet, people can see the subtitle more clearly on the screen.

You always have two lines for the subtitles. It will be much better if you can make the first line disappear after the singing and highlighting and put in the third line of wording while people are still singing the second line. Then put in the fourth line after people finish singing the second line. Thank you.
