Talk like John F. Kennedy with Voice Changer Software Diamond 8.0

- Run Voice Changer Software Diamond 8.0.

- On its left panel, click Voice Comparator icon to run Voice Comparator feature.

You can also access Voice Comparator feature by clicking Preferences menu » Choose Voice Comparator on the left column.

- In the Voice section, click Add to open Voice Import dialog box.
- Click on Browse button and select John F. Kennedy’s voice file.
- In Person textbox, name the target voice, such as “President John F. Kennedy”
- Type what he says in the voice file into Phrase textbox: “Ask not what your country can do for you--ask what you can do for your country.”
- Click Play to listen to the voice file.
- Click Import to finish importing the new target voice. Voice Import dialog box will close then.

- John F. Kennedy’s voice will now be added to Person dropdown list.

- Click Play to re-listen the target voice.

- In Morpher section, click Record button to start recording your voice. Try to imitate John F. Kennedy’s voice, his tone, speed, rhythm and volume.

*** Important: The quality of the final result also depends on how you mimic the target voice in this step.

Note: If you received an error message saying that "Cannot make comparison. Please, try to record your voice again." it might because you spoke too low or too fast that Voice Comparator couldn't detect the voice. Close the message and record your voice again.

- If the record of your voice is qualified, Voice Comparator will make the comparing automatically.

- Click Auto, Voice Comparator will suggest the best settings in Pitch, Timbre & Adv. Tune that make your voice sound most alike to John F. Kennedy’s voice.

- Click OK to close Voice Comparator and return to the main panel.

- The suggested settings will be applied to Voice Morpher module.

Click on Preset button at Equalizer » Select Opera.

Tip: In most cases, the equalizer preset works well. But if it does not, try the other ones or load your own settings. You can also make changes on the preset when it is loaded in the Equalizer tab. If you don't like the effects at all, click the On/Off button on the tab to turn it off.

If you feel that the output voice has background noise, follow this step to eliminate them:

- Firstly, you are recommended to save your current morphing settings, click Save on Voice Morpher pane on the right panel to save them. The saved file will keep the current settings on Voice Morpher in NVC file.

- On right panel, select Sound Quality icon.

- Turn on Limiter pane and Noise Reduction pane » Slightly adjust these parameters: Release, Attack, Reduction, and Threshold until the noise is less dominant.
