Change voice in Yuuguu

INTRODUCTION:

Yuuguu is a desktop sharing and web conferencing application and the software company behind it, Yuuguu Ltd., was founded by Anish Kapoor and Philip Hemsted. Yuuguu was acquired in July 2010 By Via-Vox Ltd., holding company for PowWowNow, the conference call company.

Yuuguu offers cross network instant messaging, real time collaboration, instant screen sharing, web conferencing and remote support. The Yuuguu desktop client is cross-platform and there is also a web-based browser client.

This tutorial will guide you how to change your voice in Yuuguu by Voice Changer Software Diamond 8 (VCSD8).

Step 1: Turn on VAD mode in your VCSD8

-    Run VCSD8 >> Click the Preference menu (1) on the main panel >> In Preferences tab , choose Virtual driver Mode (2).

-    Click on OK button (3).

Step 2: Prepare the voice with VCSD8

-    Open VCSD8, choose the morphing effects for your voice, and make adjustments until you are satisfied with the output voice.

Step 3: Configure the Audio settings in Yuuguu

-    Run Yuuguu >> Login to your account.

-    In main GUI of YuuGuu >> Click on Configure your settings icon (1).

-    In Settings dialog box, switch to Audio tab (2) >> expand Microphone drop-down list and choose Microphone (Avnex Virtual Audio Devices) option (3).

-    Click on Close button (4).

Step 4: Start your voice chat in Yuuguu with the new voice

-    Now you can start voice chat session on Yuuguu with the changed voice.

Note: Please notice that as long as the Voice Changer Software Diamond 8.0 is On, the morphing effects will be applied to your voice automatically. To change your voice back to normal, just turn off the voice changer software.
