How to change voice in Camfrog

Camfrog Video Chat is a modern chat client that allows real time video, audio and text chats with up to thousands of participants. The tool enables seeing, speaking and writing to other chat room members simultaneously. Not all video chats require you to have a Webcam, so you can also participate without a camera.

This tutorial will guide you through the way how to use Voice Changer Software Diamond 8.0 (VCSD8) to change your voice in Camfrog.

On VCSD8 main panel, click Preferences to open VCS Settings dialog box.

In Preferences tab, switch from Hook mode to Virtual Audio Driver mode.

- Check on Virtual driver Mode (1).

- Click OK (2) to apply the new setting and close Preferences dialog box.


Open VCSD8, choose morphing effects and make adjustments for your voice until you achieve desired voice output.

- Run Camfrog, log in your account .

- Click on Camfrog menu » Settings… (Ctrl+ S) to open Camfrog Settings dialog box.

In the Camfrog Settings dialogbox :

-  Choose Video & Audio tab (1)

-  Then, switch to Audio tab (2)

- In the Record section, choose Microphone (Avnex Virtual Audio Device) as the device (3).

Change Camfrog Audio Settings

- Click OK button to save change and close the dialog box.


You now can do voice call with Camfrog. The morphing settings for your voice will be applied automatically.

Please notice that as long as the Voice Changer Software Diamond 8.0 is On, the morphing effects will be applied to your voice automatically. To change it back to your normal voice, just turn off the voice changer software.
