Change voice while using Google Talk with Voice Changer Software Gold in VAD mode

INTRODUCE

The new version of AV Voice Changer Software Gold has a Virtual Audio Driver (AVnex Virtual Audio Device) which works as a virtual audio & sound device. This device can be used with any VoIP application and Instant messengers for changing voice and/or recording in real-time. By setting AVnex Virtual Audio Device as the active audio driver for the microphone in those applications, you will be able to control your voice tone and speak the way you want.

In this tutorial, we demonstrate how to use the Voice Changer Software Gold 7.0 for changing your voice in Google Talk application.

What is the Google Talk?

Google Talk, which enables users to instantly communicate with friends, family, and colleagues via voice calls and instant messaging.

STEP 1: Change the audio settings of Google Talk

- Run Google Talk, log in your account.

- Choose menu Settings.

In the Settings dialog box:

- Select Audio (1) from the left list.

- Locate the Microphone field; from the dropdown list choose AVnex Virtual Audio (2).

- Click OK.

From now on, VCS Virtual Audio Driver will be the main audio driver used by Google Talk.

STEP 2: Prepare the voice with AV Voice Changer Software Gold 7.0 (VCSG 7)

Run VCSG 7, choose the morphing effects for your voice, and make adjustments until you are satisfied with the output voice.

Note: You should have known how to change voice using Voice Morpher feature, and other voice changing features of VCSG.

STEP 3: Start voice chat with your friends via Google Talk with the changed voice

Get back to Google Talk and start voice chat or voice call. The morphed voice will be applied automatically.

Note: While VCS Virtual Audio Driver is being set as the audio driver for Google Talk, do NOT turn off VCSG7 when doing voice chat via Google Talk. If you don’t want to use VCSG7, change the audio settings of Google Talk back to normal audio source.
