Voice Changer Software Gold – Change voice in Fetion PC version

NTRODUCTION

In this tutorial, we will step you on how to use AV Voice Changer Software Gold (VCSG) for changing your voice when you are on Fetion.

>> What is Fetion?

Fetion (Chinese:飞信, pinyin: fēi xìn, lit. flying letter) is an instant messaging (IM) client developed by China Mobile, a Chinese telecommunications company. It is currently the third most popular IM client in China. It allows users to send and receive SMS free of charge between PCs and mobile phones. China Mobile intends to develop Fetion into a comprehensive communications service which will focus on wireless communications and offer Internet applications as a complement.

Step 1: Make sure that your VCSG is on VadMode

On Voice Changer Software Gold main panel, click Preferences to open Preferences dialog box.

In the Preferences dialog box, we will switch from Hook mode to Virtual Audio Driver mode.

- Check VadMode (1).

- Click OK (2) to apply the new settings and close Preferences dialog box.

Step 2: Prepare voice with Voice Changer Software Gold

Open Voice Changer Software Gold, choose the morphing effects for your voice, and make adjustments until you are satisfied with the output voice.

STEP 3: Configure audio settings of Fetion

- Log into your Fetion account

- In main interface of Fetion, click on Settings icon

- When System Settings dialog box comes out, choose Voice and Video (1) from category Communications

- On the right panel, in Voice section click Voice Settings (2)

- In Audio Settings tab, expand Voice input list and select Microphone (Avnex Virtual Audio Device) (3)

- Click OK (4) then (5) to complete the settings

STEP 4:  Start the voice conversation with your friends via Fetion with the changed voice

You can start the voice chat session on Fetion with your voice changed.

Note: Please notice that as long as the Voice Changer Software is On, the morphing effects will be applied to your voice automatically. To be back to normal instantly, you will just need to turn the voice changer software off.
