Voice Changer Software – Change voice in Dell Video Chat

This tutorial will guide you through the way to use Voice Changer Software 7.0 (VCS) to change your voice in Dell Video Chat.

» What is Dell Video Chat ?

Dell Video Chat is video communication utility. All the components you need are already a part of your laptop so all you need to do is start making a list of family, friends, and associates to speak to.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS TUTORIAL:

* AV Voice Changer Software 7.0 (All editions: Basic, Gold, Diamond, compare all editions).

* You need to have Dell Video Chat installed on your computer.

STEP 1: Prepare the voice with Voice Changer Software 7.0

Open Voice Changer Software 7.0, choose the morphing effects for your voice, and make adjustments until you are satisfied with the output voice.
Note: You should have known how to change voice using Voice Morpher feature, and other voice changing tasks that Voice Changer Software can do.

STEP 2: Switch Voice Changer Software 7 to VAD (Virtual Audio Device) mode

On VCS7 main panel, click Preferences to open the Preferences dialog box.

In the Preferences dialog box, we will change Hook mode to Virtual Audio Driver mode.

- Check VadMode (1).

- Click the OK button (2) to apply the new settings and close the Preferences dialog box.

STEP 3: Adjust Audio settings of Dell Video Chat

- Run Dell Video Chat, log into your account.
- Click on Settings menu >> Choose Microphone

- When Dell Video Chat Settings window comes out, go to Microphone Settings tab >> Select Microphone (Avnex Virtual Audio Device)
- Click Finish.

From now on, VCS Virtual Audio Driver will be the main audio driver recognized by Dell Video Chat .

STEP 4: Start voice chat via Dell Video Chat with the new voice

You can start the voice chat session on Dell Video Chat with your voice changed.
