In AV Audio Converter Demo version, each output file includes a logo voice to distinguish it from the full version. Apart from this point, apparently there are no differences between full and free features.

There are two main ways to access Support form:

No. Our product currently does not support Mac OS.

The license you have activated for your product is a lifetime license. There is no restriction in the using time. However, the support period for your product will be limited to 12 months according to our Sales policy.

For 12 continuous months from the day of your product's purchase, you will receive the customer care services and technical support services, including:
(1) Software re-downloading at any time,
(2) Software updating of the product (new build update),
(3) A maximum of three requests for a resetting of the product’s license,
(4) One-time receipt of a version upgrading of the product, if available within the covered support time,
(5) Full technical support for the product.
You will also have a free account at our Support Center which allows you to access your product download link, product license information, as well as reach the online help and contact support in your most convenient way.

The included services are like those available during the full support period. You will receive full support services for 12 more months for all your purchased products. Please review this faq for details.

It is because of one of these two following reasons:
• Your support time is still valid, but you have already updated to the new version once during that support period. We only support free upgrading to one next version for each full support period, so in this case, we can't support you to freely upgrade to our new version anymore.
• Your support period has been ended.
In both case, if you want to upgrade to the latest version, you will need to apply for a support service renewal. The renewal fee is $19.95 only, but it will extend the support time for 12 more months for all the products your have purchased. Please read this faq to know how to renew the support time.

Normally, after completing the ordering process, you will see an order confirmation right on the web page, and in a minute instruction emails will be delivered to your mailbox. If you receive no email confirmation, it is possible that:

- You have mistyped the email address.
- Your account has a fatal error and won't receive new mails.
- Our emails have been blocked by your spam filter.
- Our emails have gone to your Bulk mail folder.

In this case, please do not hesitate to contact us. Remember to provide a valid alternate email address where we can reach you.

Delivery is mainly made via download from the Internet. As soon as your purchase is completed, the Pro Version and a license key will be sent to your mailbox. However, a CD package is also available with an additional $12.50. If you would like to receive a hard copy of the software, check the "Get it on CD" option on the order page. Next, complete your purchase, download the software and relax, your backup copy will arrive in the mail shortly:

Yet, it is not compulsory to purchase the CD. Because we always work hard to improve our products, new versions will be periodically released with fixed bugs and added features. Therefore, the CD will be soon out of date, and download from the Internet is recommended to keep your software fresh. Do not worry about having no backup of the program. Whenever you need to reinstall it or have any problems, simply contact us at // will be right at your service.

Step 5: Fill in your personal details including name, company, phone number, email address, billing name (enter the credit card holder's name for credit card purchases), and address.

Step 6: Fill out all required information and choose a payment method.

Step 7: Click on "Continue".
Step 8: Please review the confirmation page that appears next as it will show your final price and any price breakdown. If you are ready to complete your order then click on "Place Your Order".
Step 9: Our system will generate a screen showing your order number and payment instructions. If paying by credit card online, this final screen will be your "Transaction Receipt".

Because your download is interrupted due to a network problem, the file size is not enough for installation to be activated. So please try again to download the setup file. During the download, remember to close all other running applications (even instant messengers) to optimize the process and avoid download interruption.

Normally, re-installing the program won't require you to re-activate the license. So you can use the original license key to reinstall it. However, if your computer has change(s) in its hardware configuration (for example when you replace your mainboard, or update the BIOS information) re-installation of the program might require another license activation. To uninstall AV Audio Converter, follow these steps:

  1. In Windows desktop, click Start > Programs (sometimes All Programs) > AV Media Player Morpher.
  2. Select to run Uninstall program.
  3. Select Audio Converter or any program among the AVSoft Programs listed as per below image and hit Uninstall.
