INTRODUCE

The new version of AV Voice Changer Software Diamond has a Virtual Audio Driver (AVnex Virtual Audio Device) which works as a virtual audio & sound device. This device can be used with any VoIP application and Instant messengers for changing voice and/or recording in real-time. By setting AVnex Virtual Audio Device as the active audio driver for the microphone in those applications, you will be able to control your voice tone and speak the way you want.

In this tutorial, we demonstrate how to use the Voice Changer Software Diamond 7.0 for changing your voice in Paltalk application.

What is the Paltalk ?

Paltalk Messenger allows you to see, hear, share files, and chat with anyone, anywhere in the world--all for free. Paltalk operates with AIM, Yahoo, and ICQ. You can share photos, files, and messages instantly with any Paltalk user.

Version 9.1 enhances live video streaming for improved picture clarity and contrast, adds Screen Capture feature to show other Paltalkers what's on your screen, and allows to capture video and images via your Webcam and post it to your Paltalk profile

STEPS TO TAKE

Click on the steps below to startExpand all | Collapse all

- Run Paltalk with your account.
- Choose menu File (1) >> Setup Preferences (2) to open the settings dialog.

In the Settings and Preferences dialog, select Audio Setup (3) tab

- In the Microphone Test panel set as:

* Choose Input Mixer settings (4) option to open the Sound System dialog.

  • In Sound dialog set as:

* Choose the Recording (5) tab.
* And then choose the Microphone Avnex Virtual Audio Device (6) to set as Default Device.
* Click on Ok (7) button to close this dialog.

  • Turn back the Settings and Preferences dialog, click Ok (8) button to close and apply the settings dialog.
  • From now on, VCS Virtual Audio Driver will be the main audio driver recognized by PalTalk.

Return to VCS7, choose the morphing effects for your voice, and make adjustments until you are satisfied with the output voice.

Note: You should have known how to change voice using Voice Morpher feature, and other voice changing features of VCS.

You now can do voice chat with Paltalk. The morphing settings for your voice will be applied automatically.

Note: While VCS Virtual Audio Driver is being set as the audio driver for Paltalk, do NOT turn off VCS7 when recording via Paltalk. If you don’t want to use VCS7, change the audio settings of Paltalk back to normal audio source.
