INTRODUCTION

In this tutorial, we will guide you through the way to set up Voice Changer Software Diamond 7.0 to automatically change voice for voice communication via Ventrilo

What is the Ventrilo?

Ventrilo 3.0 .0 is the next evolutionary step of Voice over IP (VoIP) group communications software. Ventrilo is also the industry standard by which all others measure themselves as they attempt to imitate its features

Step 1: Make sure that you are on VADMode

On Voice Changer Software Diamond main panel, click Preferences to open the Preferences dialog box.

In the Preferences dialog box, we will change Hook mode to Virtual Audio Driver mode.
- Check VadMode.

- Click OK button to apply the new setting and close the Preferences dialog box.

Step 2: Prepare the voice with Voice Changer Software

Open Voice Changer Software Diamond 7.0, choose the morphing effects for your voice, and make adjustments until you are satisfied with the output voice.

Step 3: Change Audio settings in Ventrilo

- Run Ventrilo
- Click on Setup button to open Setup windows

- Go to Voice tab >> In Input device: Microphone (Avnex Virtual Audio Device)

Step 4: Start voice chat session on Ventrilo with the changed voice

Now you can start the voice chat session on Ventrilo with your voice changed.

Please notice that as long as the Voice Changer Software is On, the morphing effects will be applied to your voice automatically. To be back to normal instantly, you will just need to turn the voice changer software off.

If you suspect any tomfoolery always use a separate equipment voice changer that gives you "audible speaker" output that can be picked up by a mic and then transmitted... otherwise if you have deceitful family like me it could have a "changed" voice for testing monitor output, but "real" voice passed through your IP connection. (Lime the "trick" sound proof booths where you think people cant hear but the "entire audience does hear"! Jezebel can't be trusted!
